Ethnobongo workshop is situated in the Houtbay Harbour ,driving to it from home ,we have a a long row of  huge palm trees. The famous  heavy winds in the Cape , throw the palm leaves onto the road and we  pick them up to make our birds... penguins, ostriches,owls and some fantasy birds .

 The Harbour pallets used for packing onto ships have recently inspired us ... take a look !
